First Christmas Card!

At last I have made my first Christmas card.  I used one of the Gesso backgrounds from my last post.



The main image stamp and the sentiment are Crafty Individuals and are stamped onto white card coloured in the same way as the Gesso background and embossed with clear embossing powder.  The little stars are a tiny clear stamp from Lavinia.  To stamp on the Gesso background I used Archival ink and left it quite a while to dry.  I kept the card quite simple as I didn't want to cover up too much of the background but I did add loads of Glamour Dust with a glue pen as I wanted lots of sparkle. The actual base card is white but because I photographed it on a white background, you can't see it very well, sorry!    Thanks for visiting me today.  Take care.  Christine

    I clicked on the photo and the background shows much more clearly and is so beautiful. I love that stamp too and it is perfect on your blue background, the Glamour Dust finishes if off beautifully and gives a really cool winter feel. Crafty hugs, Anne x
