Rainbow Tree

I have gone for a clean and simple card today.  I haven't used this stamp for a long time and I think its such a cool tree!  This time I have used rainbow colours as the theme.


The tree, grass and sentiment are all from a fabulous set by InkyDoodles - its in the sale too!  The stamping is done with black Versafine and embossed with clear powder.  I heated from behind so the tree was really smooth.  The little circles are coloured with Promarkers - I tried to make the colours look like a rainbow.  I then painted each circle with clear Wink of Stella and added Glossy Accents. Finally finishing off with five different colour sparkly stones to continue the rainbow theme.  I matted the stamped panel on a white card base to keep it simple.

I would like to enter the Time Out Challenge which this time is 'you can't make a rainbow without a little rain'.  You can take part or all of the phrase so I just took 'rainbow'.

    This is so cool and just love the effect you created with the rainbow dots. Also like how you kept everything else white, so this gorgeous tree could be the star. An amazing card and I'm so glad you joined us at TIME OUT!
