The tags are cut with a fabulous Sizzix die, The first thing I did was put Cosmic Shimmer White embossing paste through the awesome Stamplorations stencil then sprinkled with glitter. The sentiment is a clear stamp that I have had for ages, I can't remember the make. Its stamped in Satin Red Versafine and inked with Peeled Paint Distress Ink the same as the white tag. I edged everything with glitter, added the wooden snowflakes, red stones to the star and the snowflakes, ribbon and sparkly fibres and white gel pen for snow. I layered the white tag behind to add a bit of interest.

ReplyDeleteI love the scalloped tree shape to the tag Christine and the tree stencilled using the texture paste sprinkled with glitter looks very pretty and love the added glitter round the edges and the gel pen snow. ReplyDeleteThat Sizzix tag die is one of the very first dies that I bought. It cuts like a dream too. Looks fab here in the red. Funny that I have only ever used it for flowery tags. Never thought of using at Christmas time! Der!. hugs Mrs A.
