Wednesday already and unbelievably, 1st August too!
My Spring Distress Inks were delivered by Mr Postman this week and today I am trying them out. No plan, just playing for now. Added to the mix are my water spray , glitter, liquid pearls and Lavinia stamps. I am just going to see what comes out at the end! To see what everyone else is up to today, why not pop along to Julia's place to join in the fun. Have a fab day and enjoy the Olympics. Take care and thanks loads for visiting. Christine xx

I think your new inks will look brilliant with those Lavinia stamps, their stamps are all so lovely. Nice tidy desk too. Happy WOYWW, Anne x #58

Well I'd say that the 'play' has produced a perfect background for the Lavinia type stamps...you make my will power wobble when I see these ink pads!!
Playing is always the most fun.... and those inks are just fab for playing with!! Trish #10
I love those spring inks and the summer ones too absolutely gorgeous
The outcome of the playing around was well worth it - very pretty indeed! I spent the afternoon sorting out my new beads while watching Wiggo win cycling Gold!!

hmmmm, me thinks you get the gold medal for the neatest desk award! Happy playing! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)
I love how you have used the Distress Inks. Such a lovely pastel background. I love the mottled effect you have created - it gives extra texture and depth.
I'm really enjoying the Olympics, and we are lucky enough to have tickets for tomorrow - can't wait!
Love how you have blended these fab inks.. Fabulous stash of Lavinia stamps... they will look fabulous on the background.. Have a fun week, Hugs May x x x#12
Yum, new inks! I love that paper you've made so far - will be lovely for a background paper! Have fun playing!!
New inks! How fun! I never used to pay much mind to the seasonal inks until the spring batch. They just seemed like they wanted to come home with me. Enjoy your playtime.
I'm way behind in collecting those new inks, I should shop around and rectify that! Lavinia stamps will look cool on that background you're working on too. The Vintage Weekend was quite incredible in many ways but very tiring. I also had 8 blisters on my feet after three days on hot tarmac!
Thanks for stopping by.

Can't believe I did not come on here earlier. And you had such a net desk too.
