Flower Power!

It was my friend Susan's birthday recently and here is the card I made for her.

Distress Inks Salty Ocean, Pickled Raspberry and Mowed Lawn have appeared again - I just love them!  They are blended together with a blending tool, spritzed with water and sprayed with Abominable Snowman Glimmer Mist. I have added Glamour Dust for sparkle and the flowers are raised up with Pinflair Glue Gel. The stamps are by Sheena Douglass from her Little Bit Sketchy range - Flower Power and the words are from a clear set by Hobby Art - Birthday Collection.    I did a similar card with a different set of Sheena flowers - I will post that another day.  I hope you are having a lovely Sunday.  Thank you for taking the time to visit my simple little blog, it means a lot!  Take care, Christine xx

This is such a pretty card, Chris. Those flower stamps are lovely. I really like how you have coloured them and they look so good against the black. Lucky Susan!
P.S. I grew into digital work. If you wanted to try without any commitment Corel or Photoshop give free online trials.
