The first is a Christmas card I am going to be so organised for this years big day (I hope!)
The snowflakes are stamped with Hero Arts Shadow Inks and the snowflakes stamps are from a Hero Arts set also. I masked the panel with masking tape before I did the stamping then removed it and stamped the Penny Black hedgehog on the top then added the sentiment. The black stamping is Versafine embossed with clear powder. I then added lots of glitter for sparkle and a black wobbly line top and bottom of the snowflake panel for definition.
Rudolph Day January is the challenge I want to enter this card into - its being run this year by Scrappymo - thank you!
This next card is for a challenge called Bright and Happy..
The flowers are just one part of a fabulous set by HobbyArt called Floral Sketches. They are stamped in Black Versafine, embossed with clear powder and coloured with Distress Inks. I then added clear Wink of Stella to the petals and Stickles to the centres. The flowers are stamped on shapes cut out using a Spellbinders die and I added little white dots for interest on the background.
I would like to enter this into the HobbyArt Bright and Happy Challenge.
Please visit both of these blogs - you will find lots of inspiration there!
Thank you so much for visiting me - I appreciate it so very much! Take care. Christine xxx

Daisy Time
I love this background stamp, its the Daisy Patch Background by Heartfelt Creations. I stamped with black Versafine and embossed with clear embossing bowder then watercoloured the background and the Daisys with Squeezed Lemonade and Wild Honey Distress Inks. The sentiment is from the Take the Time set by IndigoBlu and is again embossed with black Versafine embossed with clear powder then I added Glossy Accents to the word 'Time' after colouring with a Promarker. The watch charms were glued to the centres of the large daisys and I added lots of yellow Stickles for sparkle.
I would like to enter the following challenges:

Big Butterfly!
I love this big butterfly! Its a Sizzix Bigz Die (I have never used it before!) I die cut it then embossed it with a Cuttlebug folder. Its diecut from a piece of card I had already coloured - I think I had used Distress Inks and Glimmer mist. The quote is from A Little Bit Scenic - Flying Colours by Sheena Douglass and is stamped with Versafine and embossed with clear powder. The edge of the white panel is inked with Wild Honey Distress Ink and I added brads and some shiny stones for a bit of bling. Also added some photo corners coloured black with a Promarker just to finish it off.

Glitz and Glamour
This gorgeous image is by IndigoBlu and I got it free with a fab IndigoBlu set that came with the magazine Simply Cards and Papercraft - how cool is that! The background is made by swiping Picked Raspberry, Salty Ocean and Squeezed Lemonade Distressed Inks on a heatproof mat and picking up the ink on the card. I dried it with a heat gun then picked up the remaining ink and dried again then splashed water over the ink and dabbed with a piece of kitchen towel then dried completely. The image was stamped with black Archival ink. The edges were inked with the same Distress Inks and a touch of Black Soot then sequins, pearls and glitter were added.
I would like to enter the following challenges:

NBUS Challenge Number 3
Over at Darnell's Fab Blog its her NBUS challenge number 3! NBUS means 'Never Before Used Schtuff' and its great fun to join in - we all have so much stuff we buy and then take ages using!
Here is my card - I don't use patterned papers much and I really enjoyed making this - I used a stencil and drew round all the sections on two pieces of co-ordination paper then cut the pieces out and glued them down using the stencil as a guide. I have all the sections left to make another one with the patterns in alternative places.
There are three different items on here that I have had for a while and not used yet until now, they are the papers which are Lili of the Valley and came free with a magazine., the fairy stamps which are from a Cardio set and the Clarity stencil that I used as a template to cut out and arrange the papers. I drew stitch lines round everything and added some Picked Raspberry Distress Ink around the edge of the main piece. A touch of glitter and four blue stones and that was it.
I would like to enter the following challenges:
Darnell's NBUS - Never Before Used Schtuff - Anything Goes
That's Crafty - Blue Is The Colour
Buckwells - Anything Goes
