Yet again apologies for my lack of posts and visits, I am finding it a bit difficult keeping up at the moment! I will keep trying though. A grungy card today for a guy.
The colours are all Distress Inks - Mustard Seed, Wilted Violet, Dusty Concord, Lucky Clover and Broken China. I used various circle stencils and inked through with finger daubers and a dry baby wipe cause I didn't have enough daubers! When I had the pattern I liked, I spritzed with water then dabbed with kitchen roll so the ink was a little more muted then used two different sizes of bubble wrap to stamp some extra interest using some of the inks. Then I gave a light spritz with Abominable Snowman Glimmer Mist for a little shimmer. The sentiment came from a newly inked clear stamp set by My Favorite Things - Label Maker Sentiments - stamped in black Versafine then cut out and adhered to the card panel. I edged the panel with Wilted Violet Distress Ink then added to a black card base.
I would like to enter the following challenges:
Darnell's NBUS Challenge - Never Before Used Schtuff (mine is the sentiment stamp set) and I have followed the optional theme of 'bubble wrap'.
That's Crafty - Round and Round.
A Vintage Journey - Going Round in Circles.
Bizzy Becs - Anything Goes.
These are all fabulous challenges!
Thank you so much for visiting me, I appreciate it so very much! Have a good week and
take care! Christine xxx

A great card Christine, I love your colours and your placement of the circles. It's not easy to make things look random and look good at the same time. Thank you for joining us at Bizzy Bec's Challenge, I wish you well.

Fab card!
I like that your grungy circles are made with bright colors. I know about not keeping up... I'm barely holding on by my fingernails.

LOVE this card! The circles and the bubble wrap marks work perfectly together.
What a wonderful background you designed, using the stencils and bubble wrap. I love the label maker sentiments and card that can be sent to a guy as well.
I love how you made your own bubble wrap design. The colors are beautiful and it is a fun card.
I'm sorry you are going through a bad patch, Chris, and I hope you feel better soon! (Don't worry about visits to me. xxoo) I really like your circles-galore card! The bubble wrap made a cool background for your bigger colorful circles! It's a great manly card! Thank you so much for playing in my NBUS Challenge #10 and joining in the optional theme! Love and hugs, Darnell
