The kingfisher is from Stamplorations set Small Birds and the word 'Enjoy' is from their Trendy Butterflies set. The little shapes round the balloon are Winnie and Walter - Big Bang Confetti and the balloon is made using a Clearly Besotted Die. All the colouring (masked strip, kingfisher and balloon are Distress inks with the words and outline of the Kingfisher with Colbolt Archival. The Distress colours are Fired Brick, Mermaid Lagoon and Scattered Straw. I added clear Wink of Stella and Glimmer Mist for a bit of sparkle. The string is a little off cut I had floating about.

Wonderful card, Chris, that works for any occasion that calls for a celebration! (Must remember to make cards like yours in bulk and put in stash for those times I forget a birthday or an anniversary or whatever!)
